Even as a kid I loved vegetables. Even weird ones like Brussels Sprouts. Actually I think I'm pretty confident when I say they're one of my favorite veggies. And my very favorite way of preparing them is by roasting them in the oven. Have you ever roasted veggies in the oven? It is SO easy! Just a few simple ingredients, thrown into the oven and you have a dish that tastes like you bought it at a restaurant! :)Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts, trimmed & halved
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. coarse sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
1. Place trimmed and halved Brussels Sprouts on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Baby cabbages never looked so good! :)
