Howdy! Happy Saturday! What are you up to this weekend? Like I mentioned in my last Healthy Weekly Meal Plan post, my family is in Big Bear this weekend! I am loving the cute cabin we rented. We’re planning on going skiing and tubing this weekend and just hanging out at the cabin the rest of the time. The cabin is the cutest thing EVER. It has a jacuzzi, pool table, foosball table, tons (like, I’ve never seen more) movies and internet. Internet is totally important. 😉
I hope you’re celebrating the MLK holiday with family and/or friends! Thanks for reading YHE. I appreciate it so much! I know you’ll LOVE this week’s Healthy Weekly Meal Plan. It’s probably one of my favorites because it has a little bit of everything. Meatless meals, soup, salad, pizza, seafood… you name it! It’s such an eclectic mix of dishes, which is perfect. And you can plan your meals out for the entire week!
