Happy Saturday and Happy New Year! This is the first Healthy Weekly Meal Plan of 2017! I hope this year is the best. My husband and I have really revamped our diet this last week and I feel amazing. I’ve always been one to eat healthy, but not necessarily “clean”. Last week we prepped our meals out ahead of time and everything we ate was healthy and clean eating. I’m so excited to share with you some of the recipes we used!
I’m also so excited about this week’s Healthy Weekly Meal Plan because so many of these dinners are also clean eating. That’s what I love about this menu plan. You get so many different meal options, and they’re all delicious and healthy. What are your New Year’s resolutions? Happy New Year!
