OMG! So delicious and EASY! I have a question...so I used bread flour because that's what I had. The consistency of my rolls were soft, fluffy, delicious....but they were a little crumbly like biscuits. Is this from the flour? I also let them sit for over an hour before I baked. (They could have over-proofed a bit).
Never the less, BEST ROLLS I'VE EVER TASTED

Super easy. I made these this morning, to have them ready for Thanksgiving lunch in a few days. I'm wonder if you have any recommendations for the best way to reheat them? I was thinking of oven @ 350 for just a few minutes? I don't want to over cook them, but I'd like to serve them warm.

Definitely butter on top! I like to slice them in half and add a pat of butter. You can even put garlic salt on the top. Thanks for giving them a try!

This recipe is outstanding and I have tried a LOT of recipes to try and get my three boys onto homemade instead of buying Hawiaiin or Brioche with all the preservatives ... Question: the bread itself is just... bland? I but butter and salt on top when warm to soften the tops a bit (again, working on converting my boys!) Any ideas?

Me too! A LOT more flour. I came to the comments just to see if anyone else had to use extra, extra flour. Maybe humidity in the air? I don't know. But I will be making these over and over. So good and soooo easy!

Absolutely delightful....
Easy to prepare, I do not have quick yeast so I did as someone else suggested to mix the water , sugar and yeast and let it set proof for 10 mins. , then add the remaining ingredients..
Came out light and fluffy...pinning this to my board...
