I’ve been cooking more and more with ground turkey lately but have only made them into meatballs once. Years ago I made the mistake of telling my family we were having turkey balls for dinner. Needless to say, they did not go over well. I think enough time has passed that I can try them again. This time I’ll call them meatballs and not omit the word meat. LOL
