I made this last night and baked this morning for brunch, using whole wheat bread and adding cut up turkey sausage links, cinnamon and ground mace. I topped my serving with honey vanilla Greek yogurt, walnuts, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Delicious! Thanks! I made this years ago and enjoyed it then too..
