And do you know what one of my very favorite carbs? Yep! Cornbread! My littlest loves it too! I love to make it when we have Mexican for dinner, but it really could go with pretty much any meal ever! Thanks for a delicious recipe! I cannot wait to make these little fabulous morsels!

Shelley and I know exactly what you mean about the kids coming and eating! She’s got loads of kiddos on her street and they often run through and grab something while we are testing recipes – we usually have to remind them that the recipe isn’t totally done yet … and then we also ask for feedback! It can work out really well! 🙂
