This was so good! It tasted exactly how I hoped it would. I don’t eat olives (I know, weird!) so I think next time I might use a little less cumin… but my fiance had his with olives, and said it was perfect. We’ll definitely share this healthy recipe with friends. Thanks!

It’s the opposite around here, Jen…..I LOVE salads and always order them at restaurants. Hubby gets the steak 🙂 I love a good Greek salad and especially a good homemade dressing….thanks for the recipe!

This post cracked me up! I love salad, so I’m the one to order that and my hubby always gets steak. But I am with you on the pizza – pizza tops salad any day! I love Greek salad, and your dressing sounds great!
