Great recipe. Was actually very suprised about the tomato soup as the mixture ingredient! I did add 1 cup of corn and sauteed one yellow onion and smoothed that over the top of the mixture, then added the mashed potatoes, then the cheese. Made this for the family before wife and son got home. Real simple and fast. Used Idaho brand instant potatoes. Everyone loved and I was very pleased as well. Thx!
