Mango Protein Smoothie

Fresh & healthy smoothie with mango and tofu!
  • 1¼ cup fresh mango (approx. 1 mango)*
  • 7 oz. soft tofu
  • ½ of a banana
  • ½ cup almond or soy milk
  • 1 cup ice - or more if you like it thicker
  • one squirt agave, if desired for sweetening
  1. Blend together all the ingredients in a blender, until combined and smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
*or use frozen mango and less ice!
