Southwest Dip
Recipe type: Appetizer
Serves: about 8 servings
  • 1 (8-oz) package light California Dairy cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (1-oz) packet dry ranch dip mix
  • ½ Tbsp. taco seasoning
  • 1 (16-oz) container California Milk sour cream (I used reduced fat)
  • 1 (15.25-oz) can corn, drained well
  • 1 (15-oz) can low-sodium black beans, drained and rinsed well
  • ½ c. California Milk cheddar cheese
  • 4 green onions, sliced thin
  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, ranch mix and taco seasoning until smooth.
  2. Add in sour cream and beat to combine.
  3. With a spoon, fold in corn, black beans, cheese and green onions.
  4. Eat right away with chips or refrigerate to let the flavors blend together. Enjoy!
