I’ll admit that these cookie bars came out of a complete #fail. I was actually trying to make cookies and the batter ended up being too crumbly. I was this close to throwing away the dough and starting over but it tasted delicious, and my mom taught me to not waste. 😉 So I patted the dough into a baking dish, baked it and my boys went crazy for it!
Have you ever had a fail in the kitchen that actually turned out good? I think the deal changer for me was the pumpkin spice m&m’s and the Truvia Brown Sugar Blend.
Have you tried the new Truvia Brown Sugar Blend? It’s just about the best thing since sliced bread. It has 75% fewer calories than regular brown sugar but has the same EXACT flavor and texture of regular brown sugar.
Which is great for making cookies, er cookie bars. 🙂
Do you have a great recipe that uses Truvia sugars? If yes, then you need to listen up!
