This dip sounds great! I don’t eat it often but I like cottage cheese. Also, anything with avocado has my vote! My husband is a big dip guy too, so I’m sure he’d love this (even though he’s not a cottage cheese fan). This is definitely getting pinned to my “I workout for snacks” board :). We eat cottage cheese by the spoonfuls straight out of the container at our house. We like to mix it with our favorite salsa and eat it with chips. I know we’d love this! Pinned! Thanks for sharing, Jen.
