I hated sweet potato growing up but love it now – just made sweet potato crackers yesterday. Throw in the pasta, kale, and Italian sausage and they’re all some of my favorite things – makes for a great soup! [#PinItThurs]

Healthy, hearty soup is my favorite meal in the world, and I sweet potatoes and kale are two of my favorite ingredients (I suppose you probably suspected that though ;)) What a great creation!

Yummy!!! I don’t understand people who “don’t do soup.” How do you not do soup? It’s the easiest thing you can make and it’s awesome. Even in 100 degree weather. And this soup looks like a serious winner. Sausage and sweet potatoes just go together in my world. Can’t wait to try it!
