Tropical Protein Popsicles Recipe
Making homemade popsicles is so easy! These Tropical Protein Popsicles are filled with protein and taste like a tropical vacation! YUM!
- 3/4 cup mango fresh or frozen
- 1 cup frozen pineapple fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup Premier Protein Peaches & Cream Shake
- Honey or agave to taste
Combine mango, pineapple, yogurt and Premier Protein Peaches & Cream Shake in a blender. Taste and sweeten to desired sweetness. Pour into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze for at least 4 hours, until frozen solid.
Run mold under warm water to release popsicles, then enjoy!!
