Spinach Salad Recipe with Avocado, Berries & Honey Vinaigrette
Leaves of spinach topped with berries, avocado, feta cheese, red onion, walnuts and a homemade honey-garlic vinaigrette! YUM!

Dressing Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 clove garlic finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
Salad Ingredients:
- baby spinach leaves
- 1 California Avocado halved, pitted and sliced into slices
- fresh strawberries sliced
- fresh blueberries
- red onion sliced thinly
- pecans
- feta cheese
In a mason jar, add in all of the dressing ingredients and shake up to mix together.
In a large bowl, add desired amount of baby spinach leaves. Top with strawberries, blueberries, avocado, red onions and pecans. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Drizzle dressing on top when ready to eat. Enjoy!
