Apple Pie Protein Bites

These Healthy Apple Pie Protein Bites are the perfect snack to grab when you need a quick protein boost!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
  • 2 scoops Dr. Axe Collagen Protein
  • 6-7 Tablespoons creamy nut butter I used almond butter
  • 3 tsp. Truvia Nectar or 6 tsp. honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp. apple spice or more if desired

Instructions

  • Place the oats into a food processor. Process until you the desired texture is achieved.
  • Add all the other ingredients into the food processor and blend until the mixture starts to clump together and is combined fully.
  • Roll mixture into about 12 balls and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
