Ingredients

15-oz can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

semi-sweet chocolate chips

applesauce

tsp.
baking powder
1/4

+ 2 Tbsp. Truvia Baking Blend

tsp.
vanilla
1/4
tsp.
salt
powdered sugar
for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9" cake round with cooking spray and set aside.
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
In a food processor, blend up garbanzo beans. Add in melted chocolate chips and blend together.
Add in eggs, applesauce, baking powder, Truvia, vanilla, salt and blend until smooth and completely combined.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool, slice and serve with powdered sugar.
Notes
*can use 3/4 cup sugar in place of Truvia but the nutrition facts will change
