Chocolate Tofu Pudding

Servings: 2 cups (4 1/2 cup servings)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 14-oz Mori-Nu Firm Tofu
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Truvia sweetener

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Dump that into a food processor and then add in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Puree together until smooth. Pour into containers and refrigerate or eat right away (both ways are good!).
