  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Horizon Organic milk
  • 1/4 cup Horizon Organic sour cream
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. powdered parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • S & P to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray, or line with parchment paper.

  • Mix together flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a bowl and set aside.
  • In another bowl, pour milk and set aside.
  • Take chicken strips and dredge in flour mixture. Next, dip in milk and then roll in bread crumb/parmesan. Place breaded chicken onto prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken.
  • Give chicken a quick spray with cooking spray and then place in preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
  • While chicken is cooling off, mix together sour cream, parmesan, dijon and salt & pepper. Serve with chicken strips and enjoy!
