Ranch Hummus Dip

Easy, healthy and delicious Ranch Hummus Dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 15-oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup fat free cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 1-oz packet ranch dip mix
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until all mixed and smooth.
  • Serve with pita chips, pita bread and/or veggies and enjoy!

Notes

*Keeps in the refrigerator for several days in an airtight container.
