Orange Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges zested and juiced
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the orange juice, zest, vinegar, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend until thoroughly combined.
  • With the blender running, slowly add the olive oil. Serve immediately or pour into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
