Chocolate & Kale Protein Smoothie

Easy and delicious protein smoothie with kale, peanut butter and chocolate protein powder. You won't even know it's healthy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh chopped kale
  • 3/4 c. skim or almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder I use 100% Whey
  • 1 spoonful peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 handful ice

Instructions

  • Blend kale with milk in a blender until combined.
  • Add in remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and ENJOY!!
