Easy Pumpkin Dump Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 29 ounce can pure pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
  • 1 12 ounce can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 15.25 ounce box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • whipped cream or ice cream for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Mix pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, salt and cinnamon together in a mixing bowl. Pour pumpkin mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the pumpkin mixture in the pan. Top with pecans.
  • Pour melted butter over the top of the pecans. Don't stir. Place in preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes.
  • Top with whipped cream or ice cream if desired and ENJOY!
