Easy Pumpkin Dump Cake Recipe
This Easy Pumpkin Dump Cake combines all the flavors of fall, only has a few ingredients, is quick to whip up and tastes incredible!

- 1 29 ounce can pure pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
- 1 12 ounce can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 15.25 ounce box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter melted
- whipped cream or ice cream for serving
Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, salt and cinnamon together in a mixing bowl. Pour pumpkin mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the pumpkin mixture in the pan. Top with pecans.
Pour melted butter over the top of the pecans. Don't stir. Place in preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes.
Top with whipped cream or ice cream if desired and ENJOY!
