Chocolate Protein Green Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein 49 grams (I use 100% whey)
  • 1-2 cups spinach leaves
  • 5 raw almonds
  • 1-2 pitted dates if desired


  • Combine everything in a blender until well blended. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
