Creamy Cucumber Dill Dip

This Creamy Cucumber Dill Dip is a delicious way to get you to eat more veggies. ;)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 cup finely shredded or minced cucumber English cucumber is best
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh dill chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt or more for taste
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • veggies & crackers for serving

Instructions

  • Mix together the yogurt, sour cream, cucumber, dill, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Taste and add more seasonings to taste.
  • Serve with veggies and/or crackers and enjoy!
