Asian Marinated Flank Steak

This Asian Marinated Flank Steak has few ingredients but tastes AMAZING!! Super simple and doesn't take long to cook, but is flavorful, juicy and tender.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Truvia Brown Sugar Blend or 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2-3 lbs. flank steak

Instructions

  • Combine first seven ingredients in a large resealable plastic baggie. Add in flank steak and place in fridge for 3+ hours.
  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill marinated flank steak, basting with leftover marinade in baggie while cooking. Cook until desired doneness and pull off grill.
  • Let rest for several minutes and then slice. Serve and enjoy!
