Asian Marinated Flank Steak
This Asian Marinated Flank Steak has few ingredients but tastes AMAZING!! Super simple and doesn't take long to cook, but is flavorful, juicy and tender.
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 Tbsp. Truvia Brown Sugar Blend or 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2-3 lbs. flank steak
Combine first seven ingredients in a large resealable plastic baggie. Add in flank steak and place in fridge for 3+ hours.
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill marinated flank steak, basting with leftover marinade in baggie while cooking. Cook until desired doneness and pull off grill.
Let rest for several minutes and then slice. Serve and enjoy!
