Mix together the cream cheese, chilies, and a sprinkling of garlic salt. Spread onto tortillas.
Layer cheese and turkey on as flat as you can. Tightly roll the tortillas up.
Cut and serve right away or roll up and wrap tight in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for the following day.
These are easy to customize. Green chilies can be replaced with chopped black olives, chopped green onions, pesto, or just left off completely and only use the cream cheese. This is a fun recipe to change up for different lunches.
