Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cut bread into cubes and spread into an even layer on cookie sheet. Place in preheated oven for 10 minutes, until toasted. Pull out of oven and set aside.
Combine together eggs, milk, cream, orange juice, sugar, salt and vanilla in a bowl and whisk together.
Place toasted bread cubes into a 2 quart casserole dish. Toss in blueberries.
Pour egg mixture over the top and let sit 10 minutes. Place little pats of the butter over the top of the casserole and place in oven.
Bake for 45 minutes in 350ºF oven. Serve in dishes with a dollop of whipped cream on top. Enjoy!
