Crock Pot Caramel Hot Apple Cider
Warm, creamy caramel hot apple cider cooked right in the crock pot!
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
- 6 cups apple cider
- 1 cup water
Combine apple cider and water in a large slow cooker.
In a small saucepan, mix together together whipping cream and Truvia. Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved into cream.
Pour into crock pot and stir together with the apple cider.
Cook on LOW for 4 hours, or until heated through. Pour into mugs and enjoy!
