In a medium sized pot, cook 3 slices of bacon over medium heat. When browned and crispy, pull bacon out and set aside.
In remaining bacon grease, add green onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook until softened. Be careful not to burn!
Then add the brussels sprouts and 1/3 cup water. Cover on medium heat, until sprouts are tender.
Add lemon juice to sprouts and top with crumbled bacon. Toss and serve. Enjoy!
