No-Bake Nut & Date Energy Balls

No-Bake Nut & Date Energy Balls are perfect for a quick pick-me-up snack to keep you going throughout the day! (no refined sugars added)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 6 dates pitted
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  • In a food processor, chop the almonds and walnuts until finely chopped and then add in the raisins, dates, cinnamon and vanilla. Blend up until combined and sticky.
  • Pour coconut into a bowl. Roll the date & nut mixture into about 1 inch balls and roll into coconut. Enjoy!
