Mango Protein Smoothie

Fresh & healthy smoothie with mango and tofu!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup fresh mango approx. 1 mango*
  • 7 oz. soft tofu
  • 1/2 of a banana
  • 1/2 cup almond or soy milk
  • 1 cup ice - or more if you like it thicker
  • one squirt agave if desired for sweetening

Instructions

  • Blend together all the ingredients in a blender, until combined and smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

*or use frozen mango and less ice!
