Easy, healthy and delicious Ranch Hummus Dip.

Ingredients

15-oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

fat free cottage cheese
1/4
cup
nonfat Greek yogurt

1-oz packet ranch dip mix

Tbsp.
olive oil

Tbsp.
fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until all mixed and smooth.
Serve with pita chips, pita bread and/or veggies and enjoy!
