Preheat oven to 375º F. Spray an 8x8" dish with cooking spray.
In a food processor, combine the 1/2 cup flour, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 1 1/4 cup oats, and 2 Tbsp. apple or orange juice. Pulse until combined and crumbly.
Take out 3/4 cup of the oat mixture and set aside (this will be the topping).
Press the remaining part of oat mixture into the bottom of prepared dish. (I used the back of a measuring cup to press it down evenly)
In a medium sized bowl, combine the 1 Tbsp. Truvia, 1 Tbsp. flour, pinch of salt, 1 1/2 cups blueberries and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice. Toss together. Pour blueberries over crust.
Top the blueberries with the reserved 3/4 cup of crumbled oat topping. Bake for 35 mins or until golden brown on the edges. Let cool and cut into bars and enjoy!
