Pecan Crusted Honey-Mustard Salmon
Simple and delicious salmon recipe made in 30 minutes or less!
- 4 4-oz salmon filets
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 4 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
- salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 400º F.
In a small bowl, mix melted coconut oil, mustard and honey.
In another small bowl, mix bread crumbs, pecans and parsley.
Place salmon filets on a foil covered baking sheet. Season salmon with salt and pepper and pour the honey mixture over the tops. Sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture.
Bake salmon until it flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
