Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced peaches fresh or canned
  • 1/2 cup peach juice or water
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk baking mix such as Bisquick
  • 2/3 cup dry quick oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  • Lightly spray the bottom of slow cooker with cooking spray. Place sliced peaches in bottom of slow cooker.
  • Mix together baking mix, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Pour mixture over peaches. Pour peach juice or water in the slow cooker and lightly stir everything together.
  • Cook on LOW for at least 5 hours. (I like to crack the lid for the last 15-30 minutes of cooking to get the top crisper.)
  • Serve with frozen yogurt or ice cream and enjoy!
