In reply to Jessica. Hi Jessica! I'm not sure what shortcrust pastry is, but possibly puff pastry would work! It might have a different flaky texture on the outside, but I bet it would hold together nicely. That's too bad you don't have crescent rolls in Australia. :( Let me know what you decide to do!

This looks great! My husband would turn up his nose as he doesn’t like things with veggies in them, apparently the veggies need to be separate. But I think it looks delicious! Only problem is I live in Australia, and we (don’t know why, it really annoys me) don’t get dough in a can like you do 🙁 what kind of pastry would this work with? We do get frozen sheets of puff pastry and shortcrust pastry, would either of those work?
