Oh my goodness Jen! I love your story of meeting your husband! And 6 months later – married? Way to go!! I’m with you, my husband proposed on Feb 12, and I told him (before I knew when it would happen) that he could NOT propose on Valentine’s day. I needed the separate celebration! But most importantly – this sorbet! So easy, healthy and it looks AMAZING! So creamy and fruity. I hope I can try it soon!

Love the story about how you and your husband met, and it’s so great that it only took you 6 months to figure it out it was forever! Happy anniversary! And this sorbet looks amazingly creamy and delicious. My youngest son loves sorbet and this sounds easy enough to crank out pretty quickly. Pinning to try!
