I so love ice cream and cakes with mallows! S’mores is quite a great recipe to try for a homemade ice cream. I wonder how it would taste if mixed in a strawberry ice cream recipe.

In reply to Lisa Tsering. Nope, ice doesn't form on it. It's actually very creamy! I put a layer of saran wrap on the top and pressed down so it was flush with the ice cream while it was freezing. It's so delicious!
