Creamy White Chicken Chili

Quick, easy and filling creamy chili recipe.

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic diced
  • 1 14-oz can chicken broth
  • 1 lb. cooked & cubed chicken breasts or 1 large can cooked chicken
  • 2 15-oz cans Great Northern Beans
  • 1 15-oz can garbanzo beans
  • 1 14-oz can corn
  • 1 4-oz can chopped green chiles
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream


  • Heat oil in a large pot. Sauté onions and garlic until tender. Add broth, chicken, beans, corn, green chiles, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, uncovered. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and whipping cream. Serve in bowls. {My family likes dipping tortilla chips into it} Enjoy!
