Whole Wheat Muffin Recipe
Moist, soft, easy and healthier than most muffin recipes you'll find!
Servings: 12 muffins
- 2 cups whole wheat flour I use white whole wheat
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. baking soda
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or spray with cooking spray.
Mix the first four dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add in eggs, oil and milk and stir with wooden spoon until just blended. Spoon into muffin cups and fill each about 3/4 full.
Bake for 18 minutes or until golden and spring back when touched. ENJOY!!
