What’s better than muffins? Whole wheat muffins!! These are moist, soft, easy and healthier than most muffin recipes you’ll find!
I loooove muffins. In my opinion, there’s no better breakfast than a fresh, warm-out-of-the-oven, muffin with a little dollop of butter. Makes me drool just thinking about it! But then add in that it’s whole wheat and I swoon.
I am a huge wheat fan. I love the nuttiness and texture of it, plus it’s healthy, right?!! So basically this recipe is a combo of two of my favorite things. These wheat muffins are sure to keep you full, too!
Oh and did I mention I have four crazy boys that I have to feed at least three times a day?? 😉 They gobble these up! Yep, whether you make these as a side-kick for scrambled eggs or just a quick, healthy snack…you gotta give ’em a try!

These are great! I have made these three times, substituting variations of flours and wheat germ with flaxseed… They always turn out great and yummy. Thanks!
Super simple, light and dangerously fluffy muffins. Loved the simplicity and the outcome, highly recommend. I’ve added 2tsp. hemp seeds and 2tsp. chia.
