This Creamy Cucumber Dill Dip is a delicious way to get you to eat more veggies. ;)

fat-free plain Greek yogurt

reduced-fat sour cream

finely shredded or minced cucumber
English cucumber is best

Tbsp.
fresh dill
chopped

tsp.
garlic powder
1/4
tsp.
salt
or more for taste
1/4
tsp.
pepper
veggies & crackers
for serving
Instructions
Mix together the yogurt, sour cream, cucumber, dill, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Taste and add more seasonings to taste.
Serve with veggies and/or crackers and enjoy!
