Have you had your spring break yet? Our is coming up and I can’t wait! Everything gets put on hold for the week. No baseball practices or games, no lessons, no nothing. Just play! We’re heading to Palm Springs for part of the time and probably going to Disneyland at least one of the days too.

- ½ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 cup finely shredded or minced cucumber (English cucumber is best)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. salt, or more for taste
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- veggies & crackers, for serving
- Mix together the yogurt, sour cream, cucumber, dill, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Taste and add more seasonings to taste.
- Serve with veggies and/or crackers and enjoy!
