Healthy Banana Cookies (flourless & eggless)

Servings: 10 cookies
- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. Truvia Baking Blend or 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Craisins or raisins
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Place a parchment sheet on (or spray with cooking spray) a cookie sheet.
In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Add in the oats, applesauce, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and Truvia (or sugar).
When combined thoroughly, Fold in Craisins. Scoop by tablespoon onto prepared cookie sheet and flatten out. (They will look just as you placed them on the cookie sheet and won't spread or change at all.)
Bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven. Pull from oven and let cool for a few minutes and then take off cookie sheet to place on a cooling rack. Enjoy!
