Ooooooh boy. Was it TASTY! I'm talking, soft, decadently flavored beef that melts in your mouth. It was so tender and juicy! The hubs was definitely in shock about how amazing it tasted. Pretty sure he thought it was his Grill Master skills but boy, that marinade rocked!
THE BEST STEAK MARINADE:
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1 Tbsp. steak seasoning
- 3-4 lbs of your favorite steak (mine is ribeye!)
Directions:
1) Mix ingredients soy sauce thru steak seasoning in a large Ziploc bag. Add your meat and marinate for 4 hours.
2) Grill your steaks to desired level of doneness. :) Enjoy!

This marinade sounds really yummy. Perfect for summer grilling
I will make this for the 4th, looks unreal
Your steak marinade sounds much like the marinade I use. I have never added lime juice before. I will have to give it a try! Great post.
This sounds delicious.... my hubby is a grill man, too. I think they believe they have to be able to grill to keep their man card, maybe?! lol! Anyway, I'll have to try this! Thanks for the link!

Sounds delish! Going to try this recipe next time I cook steaks. Thanks for sharing at Creative Thursday :)
That steak marinade sounds really mouth-watering! I’ve never really thought of using Worcestershire WITH the marinade, as in BEFORE the cooking of the steak. I usually prefer to drizzle it on the cooked steak. I think I’ll try out your recipe and add it to the marinade. That should give it a nice tangy, smoky flavor.
thanks for sharing.
