If you happen to follow me on Instagram, then you would know that I have four spunky boys that keep me busy. 🙂 AND you would know that my 8-year old hit a HOMERUN at his baseball game on Saturday! I was SOOOO excited and proud of him!
I gotta say I love being a mom to boys. But with all the baseball games/practices, piano lessons, etc it’s sometimes hard to get dinner on the table at a reasonable time. I usually try to do at least one crock pot meal a week just because it’s so dang easy and low-stress. I got this recipe from my awesome sister, Nicole. Get this – it has FOUR ingredients. No pre-browning or sautéing of any sort. Just throw it all in. 4-6 hours later, flavorful deliciousness. The chicken is completely fork-tender and is smothered in this yummy sauce. You will love this meal and want to make it again and again and again!
