I hate to admit that I can be a breakfast skipper. As much as I love breakfast, I’m not always organized enough to sit down in the morning and eat a big meal. Same goes for snacks! I like quick and easy, which usually doesn’t equal healthy. 😉
Not anymore! Introducing my new favorite breakfast and snack: Nature ValleyTM Protein Granola!
There are 10 glorious grams of protein per ½ cup serving in Nature ValleyTM Protein Granola! It’s crunchy, flavorful and delicious! It’s important to have protein throughout the day because it keeps you full longer and gives you energy.
The best way to keep my energy up during the day is to have a healthy breakfast and healthy snacks. My favorite thing to make is fruit, yogurt & granola parfaits. I love the creamy yogurt with sweet or tart fruit and crispy, crunchy Nature ValleyTM Protein Granola on top. It fills me up and gives me energy to keep up with my crazy boys all day long!
Nature ValleyTM Protein Granola is a versatile product that can be added on top of many other foods or even used as an ingredient. I love the resealable packaging, for easy usage. I like to keep a bag of the Oats ‘n Honey Nature ValleyTM Protein Granola in my purse for times when I’m hungry while running errands or stuck in traffic.
It’s the perfect go-to snack to keep you energized throughout your day! Make sure to follow Nature Valley on Facebook and Twitter for more recipe ideas and tips!

YUM! This looks so good! I love granola in yogurt and I love the fruit combo you picked, I wish I could have that for breakfast right now!
I love yogurt. I eat some kind of a dish like this just about everyday. But I save it for a dessert at night. I can’t seem to let go of that aspect of life—-dessert. So I trick myself with something healthy that tastes good.
What a great breakfast recipe.. looks delicious and definitely is the perfect start in the morning. I must recreate the recipe!
Yes! You have to try it!!
