Crock Pot Swiss Steak Stew:

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- In medium bowl combine flour and salt. Add beef chunks and coat well.
- Coat a medium sized skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add beef and cook until just browned.
- In a crock pot, layer potatoes, carrots, beef and then onion. Season with salt and pepper as you layer. Mix the can of tomatoes, water and any remaining flour mixture and pour in the crock pot. Add in the bay leaf. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until beef is tender. ENJOY!
